Camp Stomping Ground is a children’s sleep away camp located at the base of the Adirondack Mountains. Stomping Grounds mission is to inspire the next generation of Radically Empathetic decision makers, fostering a culture based on humble curiosity, restorative-justice, personal responsibility, and unbounded creativity. With the introduction of media-making into the activities of the camp, members of the Camp Stomping Ground staff seek to explore media-making and documentary production about the camp’s project in collaboration with camp participants, Skidmore College faculty and staff, and others in the surrounding community.
