You & Me Plus Food Equals
“You & Me Plus Food Equals” is about self-discovery and collaboration. I wanted to create a conversation that spans across time/space among variousages. The overarching tone is agency. Blacks in America haven’t seen this public outcry for civil liberties, since the Civil Rights Movement. Energy for Justice cannot hide anymore. With eating being an intimate act, food provides an avenue of bringing people together. Today’s concerns are manifestations of the past. By finding the commonalities of humanity, perhaps the differences can become abandoned. There’s only one earth. Special thanks to Internet Archive for fare-use media.
